Four restaurants keep every evening effortless, from destination-led menus at The Restaurant to handmade pasta at La Terrazza and refined French tasting menus at La Dame. The star is The Grill, where you cook prime cuts and seafood on sizzling volcanic stones under the stars, warm blankets to hand as the Kimberley night settles.

Accommodation

Sea days revolve around the Explorer Lounge, where the expedition team decodes the day's wildlife and geology, with quieter hours in the Observation Library, the Panorama piano bar and the Zagara spa. Almost everything is included, from wines, spirits and gratuities to Zodiac excursions and guided landings, so nothing interrupts the feeling of a private expedition.
